Our crushers and millers provide gentle yet effective comminution to prepare feed for pulpers and enzymatic treatment. Pulpers & Refiners
High-throughput single and twin-stage pulpers separate skins, seeds, and fiber to produce clean puree. Our refiners with interchangeable screens achieve desired Brix and texture, while low-shear design preserves natural color and aroma. For tomato and mango, optional de-aerators stabilize viscosity and reduce oxidative browning.
All units feature CIP-able housings, hygienic seals, and tool-less screen changeover for rapid SKU switches. Integrated enzyme dosing and holding systems unlock higher yields where permitted. Batch and continuous configurations interface seamlessly with upstream crushers and downstream pasteurizers through automated manifolds.
Pasteurization & Sterilization
SS Engineers & Consultants supplies HTST pasteurizers and UHT/aseptic sterilizers for juices, NFC, concentrates, and purees. Plate or tubular exchangers with product-to-product regeneration minimize energy use; precise holding, automatic divert, and redundant temperature instrumentation ensure process safety.
Systems are fully CIP-integrated with recipe control and batch records for audits. Options include deaeration, homogenization, and inline Brix/viscosity measurement. Filling & Packaging Lines

Secondary packaging options include shrink bundling, case packing, and palletizing with full traceability (GS1/QR). Nitrogen dosing or hot-fill/hold processes are configured per product and market. Cold Chain Storage Solutions
SS Engineers & Consultants delivers pre-cooling tunnels, blast chillers/freezers, glycol and ammonia-based cold rooms, and insulated process tanks to stabilize juice and puree quality.
