SS Engineers & Consultants designs and supplies turnkey spray drying systems for dairy, coffee, flavors, nutraceuticals and specialty ingredients. Our dryers pair high-efficiency atomization (two-fluid nozzles or rotary atomizers) with optimized air distribution for precise particle-size control, instant solubility and free-flowing powders. Hygienic towers in SS304/SS316, polished contact surfaces and crevice-free geometry minimize fouling and enable fast, repeatable cleaning.
From feed preparation and concentration to drying, fines return and fluid bed conditioning, we integrate every step with PLC/SCADA for recipe control, batch reporting and traceability. Heat recovery, exhaust filtration and energy-balanced operation reduce total cost of ownership. Systems are configured to global standards (3-A, EHEDG, CE) with explosion relief/ suppression (ATEX/NFPA) and optional cleanroom isolation for infant nutrition and high-purity applications.
