Hygienic vibratory sieves and integrated VFFS packaging line by SS Engineers & Consultants

SS Engineers & Consultants delivers export-grade sieving and packaging systems for spices, herbs and botanicals. Hygienic vibratory check-screeners, inline magnets and metal detection remove foreign matter before pack-off. We configure single or multi-deck sieves for cut control and fines recovery while maintaining cleanability with SS304/SS316 contact parts, tool-less disassembly, and smooth welds for rapid allergen changeovers.

Downstream, we integrate VFFS/HFFS, sachet and stick-pack machines, multihead weighers for particulates, auger fillers for powders, and jar/pouch lines with MAP (nitrogen flushing) for shelf-life extension. Print-and-apply labeling, checkweighing, vision code inspection and case packing/palletizing close the loop—delivering full traceability, GS1-compliant barcoding and consistent presentation across SKUs.
