Frozen Snacks & Ready-to-Eat Systems

Integrated frozen snacks and ready-to-eat line with forming, breading, frying or baking, chilling, IQF and packing by SS Engineers & Consultants

SS Engineers & Consultants supplies turnkey frozen snacks & ready-to-eat (RTE) systems that take products from raw mix to export-ready pack with repeatable quality and world-class hygiene. Our modular lines cover batching and mixing, vacuum tumbling/marinating, forming (nuggets, patties, fingers, kofta), precision coating (predust–batter–crumb) with dust control, and high-efficiency frying or baking with heat recovery. Post-cook handling includes oil removal, equilibration, spiral/inline chilling and IQF freezing to deliver free-flowing pieces with protected texture and taste.

Recipe-driven PLC/SCADA supervises temperature, belt speeds and dwell times to keep every SKU in spec—whether conventional or plant-based. Hygienic SS304/SS316 construction, allergen zoning, tool-less sanitation and CIP-ready modules minimize downtime. With inline metal detection, checkweighing, X-ray (optional) and full traceability, you can meet HACCP/BRC and retailer codes consistently across global markets for nuggets, samosas, cutlets, fries, tempura, stuffed snacks and heat-and-eat meals.
